In the rare instance where you feel a return of product is necessary, the following return/refund policies will apply. Merchandise may not be returned without authorization.
If your items have been damaged in shipping, we will replace your products at no charge, however we need to be notified by e-mail or phone of this damage within 7 days of your receipt. Please understand, that Awards USA is NOT responsible for damages by the carrier.....the carrier is! We will make every effort to ship back your merchandise in a timely manner, however we are not responsible for the cost of expedited shipping (i.e. - 2nd Day or Next Day delivery). The merchandise will be shipped the same way as originally ordered. Faster delivery requests, in these circumstances, will be paid for by the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
