1. Quantity of Small Cubes needed (provide quantity with and without text)

2. Quantity of Medium Cubes needed (provided quantity with and without text)

3. Quantity of Large Cubes needed (provide quantity with and without text)

4. Preference in face finishes for each (most allot the Large Cubes with Gold, Medium Cubes with Silver, and Small Cubes with Copper - but this can be assigned to your liking).

5. Size of wall space, and if you prefer a horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait) format

6. Billing Name and Address (do NOT provide card payment information by email)

7. Shipping Name and Address

8. Desired Delivery Date

9. Include or attach the text for each of the engraved Cubes (can be in the body of the email, or attached as a Word Doc)
