If it's time to have text engraved/imprinted on your existing perpetual plaque plates (previously purchased from us) place your order above. Provide us your past order number and we'll be able to match the font, size, and style(s) as your previous order - or if this is your first time we'll send you a preview to make sure you like it!

Please note: We do NOT engrave or imprint plates purchased from another company or vendor.
If you've had the plates already completed by another company and decided to use us thereafter, we cannot guarantee an exact match
to any font, style, or production process. For this reason we recommend sticking with the same company for ALL engraving/imprinting.

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place your order here online. Include text information if available.
2. Protect both sides of your plates by wrapping them in paper or paper towels. Secure plate bundles with tape or rubber binders to prevent plates from rubbing against each other. A final protective outer layer of cardboard larger than the plates is ideal. Enclose in a box or bubble mailer. Include your order number, or a copy of your order with your plates.

4. Send us text specifications (if not included with your online order) by emailing us at [email protected] and include your order number in the email's Subject Line.
(We require text to be provided in a format that we can copy-paste. Scanning, mailing, or verbally stating text specification will not be accepted.)

Note: Shipping the plates to us is your financial responsibility. It is most economical to wait until you have several plates to complete at one time.
